AGENT: SEEKING SELLER MANDATES WITH GENUINE FCO GOLD PRODUCTS TO SELL. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE GOLD PRODUCT. MUST WORK WITHIN THE BUYER'S REQUIREMENTS.
Agreement for Gold Purchase
1. Buyer, buyer??™s bank, address, officer, swift code, account number, (This agreement is considered both agreement and letter of intent).
2. Seller??™s bank to issue a bank guarantee for the maximum amount of US Dollars that the amount of gold will be sufficient for seller??™s bank. This is to be sent by swift to buyer??™s bank.
3. Upon receipt of the bank guarantee buyer wills swift to seller??™s bank and bank account the face amount of bank guarantee. This will be done within ten (10) days.
4. The buyer will accept a safekeeping receipt and a copy of the executed bank guarantee and on a bank-to- bank basis will exchange funds for bank guarantee. Within ten (10) days.
5. Buyer will purchase gold at the price of the second London fixing on the date of issue of the bank guarantee within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of issuance of the bank guarantee.
6. Buyer will engage in additional transactions if both parties are satisfied with the first transaction.
7. The banks guarantee must be able to be drawn against on the date of issue and thereafter, must be irrevocable, transferable and divisible. It must be good for one year and one day.
8. Bank guarantee must be from one of the top world 25 banks either from Western Europe or from the USA.
The above is the outline under which the buyer will purchase the gold and is approved by the governmental agency under which the buyer operates. Buyer and Seller, upon their acceptance of this outline, shall use it as the agreement and supply, in the agreement, all bank co-ordinates.
