When we received the L/C, we would prepare the materials sample from the materials factory. After receiving the sample, we would give it to the government test office to test the quality of the materials and choose the best one.
After finish choosing the materials, we would inform the material factory and outsole factory to product it.
When the shoe factory purchase it in their stock, ask our QC to cut one pieces of materials and 5-10 outsole from the production and give it to the test factory again. If it is same as the first time testing report, we would allow them to product it. If now, reject them and ask them to prepare again
Before cutting the material in pieces, we would make the sample shoe for reference. Every size one pair to see their outlook and the stitching, cementing and more details to avoid them make mistakes in the production. In this stage, we would ask them to amend all the mistakes and make our production finish smoothly.
Finish correcting, we would cutting the materials to pieces upper.
When stitching, our QC would stay in the factory to control the stitching quality. And ugly stitching would be remove from the production.
When cementing, QC check the finish quality at the back line. Also our QC would response to all the quality of the production. He would often go down and check. At the beginning, we would ask the factory to cement the shoe slowly to see if there had any problem and amend it at the first time.
When they finish all the production, we would select 3%-5% random, if we find the problem rate higher than 5%, we would ask them to reopen all the cartons and check every shoe. Until we think this production would be OK. Then we would allow ship out.
