Dear Sir:
We have the pleasure of offering you Cement Clinker suitable for the
production of Ordinary Portland Cement conforming to ASTM C-150 type-1
as follows:
Commodity: Cement Clinker suitable for the production of Ordinary
Portland Cement conforming to ASTM C-150 type-1
Quantity: 90,000MT
Shipment Size: 25,000 ??“ 30,000MT (+/- 10% at buyer option) per Month
Packing: In bulk
Marking: No mark
Leadtime: Within 30 days after the receipt of L/C and
confirmation of vessel nomination
Loading port: Makassar port, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Draft restrictions: max 10.10 meter SSW
- Other loading/port restriction: No WLTTOHC
limitation.
Specification of loading: If the vessel has not her own grabs:
- Vessel has her own crane min. 4 pcs
- Crane??™s capacity must be min 20 tons each
- Loading rate: 4,000MT PWWD SHINC
- Loading terms: CQD (no demurrage, no despatch)
Destination: At buyer option
Price: - USD25.50/MT FOB trimmed Makassar Port.
- Price will be review in every 3 (three) month
Payment: 1. Against L/C (irrevocable, transferable L/C) at sight
of value payable to be issued by the international
prime bank, in the amount of the shipment value to
be made for provisional and final payments, with
provision for over shipment of 10%. L/C to be at
hand 20 (twenty) days before shipment. L/C to be
opened in favor of PT Tri Sama Jaya by full cable
through PT Bank Mandiri (persero) tbk, Bills
Processing Center, Kantor Wilayah X Makassar, Jl. R.

2. The latest shipment date in the L/C to be made 15
(fifteen) days after commencing of the loading
agreed. If there is any obstruction in the loading,
seller will advise buyer to amend the L/C regarding
the latest shipment date and the expire date.
3. L/C should be valid for 30 days from the date of
issue
4. Seller must have received the payment from buyer not
later than 15 (fifteen) days after the export
documents have been sent by PT. Bank Mandiri
(persero) tbk, Makassar branch, Indonesia
5. L/C to indicate ??“ spelling or typing errors not
effecting figures are not considered discrepancies.
All banking charges outside republic of Indonesia
are at buyer??™s account including reimbursement
charges to beneficiary??™s account
Inspection: By PSI company pt. superintending company of Indonesia
as SGS agent any cost by seller.
Remarks: 1. T/T reimbursement should be acceptable
2. Third party B/L acceptable
3. Third party shipping documents are acceptable
4. Late presentation acceptable
5. 10% more or less acceptable on amount and quantity
6. Confirmation charge shall be covered by buyer??™s
7. Partial and transshipment not allowed
